Mental Health Coaching

Feeling stressed or challenged by the world around you? A mental health coach is a type of life coach who is trained using parts psychology, and specializes in non-clinical mental health issues. Mental health coaching ventures deeper than typical life coaching but stops short of diagnosing or treating mental illness.

A mental health coach will help clients facilitate internal communication to promote self-awareness and healing. Along the way, communication with others increasingly comes from a more authentic, aligned place.

Examples of Internal Conflict:
