Post Partum


Working in partnership with Cross Works Physiotherapy, this class is for new moms looking to achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

This 6-week program will involve a pre- and post-screening appointment with one of our physiotherapists as well as twice weekly classes led by a physiotherapist. We want to help our postpartum community achieve their activity and fitness goals in a safe and fun way.

Classes will encourage proper movement patterns and tailored strengthening for all that being a new mom requires.
