Jordy joined Ironworks in 2000 as a co-op student and is now the proud owner and team leader. His vision and passion has continued Ironwork’s evolution to a health and wellness centre. He holds certifications as a Medical Exercise Specialist and Cancer Exercise Specialist, and has years of hands-on experience with all client types. Jordy enjoys coaching his son’s sporting endeavours, spending time with family and friends, and sneaking out for a round of golf.
Cam joined the Ironworks family in 1984, consulting on development before doors opened. From his early days as a power lifter to present day as a power motivator and former owner, Cam has years of experience training and teaching a wide range of clients. He is certified as a Medical Exercise Specialist and as a Coach for the Rock Steady Boxing program for Parkinson’s. Outside the gym, Cam is passionate about family, cars and fitness.
Clinton joined Ironworks in 2013 as a co-op student, and after mastering the front desk, became a personal trainer the following year. He holds certifications in canfitpro FIS and Rehab 101, and as a Cancer Exercise Specialist. He is currently working to complete his Medical Exercise Specialist certification. Clinton’s love of fitness and sports extends beyond the gym to the outdoors, and includes snowboarding, hockey, football, tennis and basketball.
Justine joined Ironworks while still in high school, learning the ropes at the front desk. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics, she started full time as a trainer in 2015. She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, and Head Coach of the Rock Steady Boxing program for Parkinson’s. A retired track and cross country runner, Justine also enjoys expanding her knowledge of health and wellness, traveling the world and exploring new cuisines.
Lukas joined the Ironworks team in 2015 as a co-op student, and after learning the ins and outs at the front desk, became a personal trainer. He is a graduate of Lambton College, and holds his Certified Personal Trainer designation. Lukas enjoys coaching the Rock Steady Parkinson’s Boxing program and heads up the RENEW Cancer program. In his downtime, Lukas can be found working out and spending time with friends and family.
Marg joined the Ironworks team in 2014 and opened GroupWorks Small Group training. She holds the canfitpro FIS certification, and is TRX qualified in Suspension, Team, Rip, Functional training and DTS Kettlebell Fundamentals. Marg loves helping people reach their full fitness potential. She’s an active fundraiser and participant in community events, especially those involving children. When she’s not at the gym, Marg can be found outdoors, reconnecting with nature, enjoying a technical hike or rappelling.
Tim joined the Ironworks team in 2005 as a personal trainer. He is a certified Medical Exercise Specialist, and an expert in all boxing related training at the gym. Tim has worked with many Mixed Martial Artists over the years, with great success. Tim loves music, and is an accomplished drummer. When he’s not at the gym, he can often be found behind a drum kit.
JoAnne joined Ironworks in 2009, and manages all aspects of customer care and administration. She is the glue that holds the team together. With over 20 years experience, she makes sure everything runs smoothly both at the front desk and behind the scene. When she’s not interacting with members, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, her family and friends, and her dog.
Keegan joined Ironworks in 2019 as a co-op student and can be found most evenings at the front desk. A student in Sports and Recreation at Lambton College, Keegan appreciates seeing first hand what he is learning in class. Outside the gym, Keegan can be found on the basketball court, running track or indulging in his passion for shoes.
