During winter months and inclement weather, you need a change of footwear. We take pride in keeping our facility clean, and ask for your help. Salt is hard on our equipment and wet shoes can create a slipping hazard for everyone. For safety reasons, sandals, flip flops or other open toed shoes are not permitted in the gym.
Our change rooms are equipped with lockers and showers. You will need to bring your own lock, towel and toiletries. Lockers are available for day use only.
We do not provide members with towels.
We are wheelchair accessible on our main floor, through the main entry, during office hours only. The main floor includes cardio and strength equipment, studio and locker rooms, which are all accessible.
We are here to help! We encourage you to ask questions anytime. We want you to be comfortable with your program, and with the equipment throughout the facility.
There are interior and exterior security cameras located throughout the facility, to ensure your safety 24 hours a day.
