A full body stretching and strengthening program designed to decompress joints, rebalance and lengthen your muscles. This workout combines ballet strengthening, Tail Chi fluidity and physiotherapy techniques, and is a fluid, dynamic routine that is challenging and healing at the same time. All ages welcome. This class is 60 minutes, offered two times a week.
